Gmail is the most widely used email service in the world, as it is a web-based service that allows us to access our email from any site or device that is connected to the Internet. It also includes an app that allows users to handle their email messages from their mobile devices.

However, most users are concerned about losing all of their messages as a result of account termination or malware. As a result, we’re going to show you how to back up your Gmail emails today.

Back-Up All Your Gmail Emails To Your Computer Hard Drive

All of your Gmail emails should be saved to your computer’s hard drive. As a result, we’ve included a tutorial for backing up your Gmail account and emails below. So, without spending any more time, let’s get started and go over the entire guide listed below.

1: Go to my Google account page.

2: Next, go to the Data & Personalization section.

3: Scroll down to the ‘Download, delete, or establish a plan for your data’ area and pick the option “Download your data.”

4: After that, we’ll be sent to a new page where we’ll have the option to download your data.

5: Select “Deselect all” from the drop-down menu. Then scroll down and choose “Mail” from the drop-down menu.

6: Scroll down and select the “Next step” option. After completing the above steps, you should see something similar to this

7: Select your preferred email address for the download link. After that, you must choose the file type and archive size.

Also, keep in mind that if the file size exceeds the limit, it will be broken into many files and the delivery method will be changed.

Simply press the “Create archive” button after everything has been completely set up. When it’s finished, we’ll be able to download and save our files to wherever we wish.

Final  Thoughts
