Specifications
Portal Go
Portal Go boasts a 10-inch screen, a 12-megapixel camera, and an ultra-wide field of view (FoV). Extended-lasting batteries are included with the gadget, allowing for long video chats while in portable mode. The portable speaker with room-filling sound has been doubled by the corporation for listening to music at home.
Portal+
Portal+ has a 14-inch display, a 12MP Smart Camera, with an ultra-wide field of view (FOV). It includes stereo speakers with high-fidelity sound.
The latest models have a new “household mode,” which allows users to share Portal with others and regulate who has access to their contacts and apps. It’s also a means for consumers who don’t have a portal device to watch TV through the product.
When discussing the features, Facebook stated,
“Its stereo speakers produce high-fidelity audio that is absolutely clear. With the increase of remote and hybrid work patterns, Portal serves as an ideal dedicated screen for business calls, freeing up your PC to take notes, watch a presentation, or multitask. It’s also fantastic for catching up with family and friends after a long day at work.”
The company is also introducing Portal for Business; it is a new service for SMBs to Portal’s video calling. However, it is currently in closed beta in the US.
